Yes, payment options are available.
6-Week Program – Fortnightly payments of $533, due prior to each session (payments are kept ahead).
3-Month Program – Monthly payments of $1,200, due prior to the month ahead.
All sessions will be invoiced 24 hours before your scheduled time, with payment required prior to the session’s commencement. This ensures a smooth process and allows you to fully focus on your personal growth during our time together.

A Mindset & Psychology Coach is a professional who helps you identify and transform the thoughts, beliefs, and internal narratives that shape your life. Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, coaching focuses on practical, actionable strategies to shift your mindset, improve decision-making, and achieve your personal and professional goals.

Psychotherapists, while highly trained, are not currently included in Medicare's approved provider list, which can make accessing therapy without rebates a financial challenge for some.
Understanding this, I have set my prices at an accessible rate to ensure that quality therapeutic support remains available and competitive, bridging the gap for those seeking meaningful, client-focused care outside the Medicare system

I have chosen to offer only two coaching programs—the 6-Week Program and the 3-Month Program—because true, lasting change requires commitment and consistency. Transformation doesn’t happen in a single session; it happens when we create the space to go deeper, build momentum, and integrate new ways of thinking and being.
This structured approach gives us the time to explore challenges, address root patterns, implement effective strategies, and celebrate progress along the way. It’s the commitment that turns insight into action, and action into meaningful, lasting growth.
